Distribution notes
Known from widely scattered localities across Amazonia and the Guianan Shield, including French Guiana, SC Colombia, W Ecuador, N and W Peru, N and WC Bolivia, and SW, and much of N and E Brazil (Amazonas, Pará, Mato Grosso, Rondônia, and Acre). The species may be found more broadly in Venezuela, Suriname, and Guyana, but confirmed records aren't currently known from those countries.
