Original type locality

Deaf Adder Creek, where it emerges from the Arnhem Land Plateau, S miles due south of Oenpelli, N.T., lat 13* 06' S. long. 132° 56' E. The bats were captured in mist-nets set amongst tall Melaleuca by a waterhole at the mouth of a sandstone gorge.
